Job Title: Senior Estimator – Fit Out

Salary: Up to £110k
Flexibility: Office based with 1-day WFH + flexibility on other days necessary

Our client is a thriving Fit out main contractor, who specialise in CAT A & CAT B projects across the City of London. With a turnover of £90m, targeting sustainable growth to £130m–£150m over the next 5 years, they are looking for a Senior Estimator to join their team during this exciting period of growth!

Who You Are

An experienced Senior Estimator from a main contractor background (not a subcontractor)

Strong exposure to fit out/tailored commercial interiors (Cat A & B)

Confident managing tenders independently

*

Someone who values team culture as much as technical skill

Easygoing, sharp, and driven – no ego, just good energy

*

Able to manage 1-2 tenders concurrently
