Salary: £27-35,000 DOE

An award-winning architectural practice based in the Oxfordshire countryside is seeking an Architect or Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their dynamic, design-led team. The practice has a diverse portfolio of high-end residential and commercial projects and offers the opportunity to work on inspiring schemes from concept to completion. This role is ideal for a qualified Architect or a Part 2/Part 3 candidate looking to develop their skills, take on greater responsibility, and grow within a supportive and creative environment.

Lead projects from concept design and planning through to technical delivery and completion
Produce high-quality design and technical information using AutoCAD and SketchUp
Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout all RIBA stages
Manage workloads and take responsibility for the quality of outputs with limited supervision
Contribute positively to the practice's design ethos and team successIdeal Candidate

UK-based with UK-recognised qualifications
ARB-registered Architect and/ or RIBA Part 2 qualified
Experience in high-end residential and small-scale developer projects
Confident across all RIBA stages with a solid understanding of building regulations
Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
Enthusiastic, proactive, and detail-oriented with a passion for good design
