Junior Technical Coordinator/Project Manager

Location: North West Surrey (hybrid)

Salary: £25,000 – 26,500

We’re looking for a Technical Coordinator to join a rapidly growing client of ours based in Surrey. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual at the start of their career who wants to develop into a future Project Manager.

You’ll play a key role supporting the coordination and delivery of technical projects that contribute to sustainable infrastructure and utility solutions in the UK.

What you’ll be doing:

* Support project managers in planning and coordinating utility and infrastructure projects

* Assist with site surveys, data collection, and project documentation

* Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to support project delivery

* Learn to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical reports

* Help identify and solve project challenges with a proactive approach

What we’re looking for:

* A recent graduate or early-career professional with an interest in sustainability, civil engineering, or utilities

* Strong communication and organisational skills

* A collaborative, hands-on attitude and eagerness to learn

* Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

* Ambition to progress into project management

* Full UK driving licence
