This role will play a crucial part in the construction site teams day to day work. Maintaining documents, security and access for Construction Managers to Design Coordinators to access.

You will help through all part of the life cycle from pre-construction to final accounts for the work the team needs.

Examples of a range of tasks & duties needed:

* Ensure all submissions, reviews, and approvals are completed within set deadlines.

* Organize and maintain a structured document storage system for efficient retrieval.

* Track and report on the status of project documentation to ensure timely actions and compliance with schedules.

* Generate regular document control reports, including submission logs, transmittals, and review cycles.

* Control the creation, review, and approval of project documents, ensuring adherence to company and client standards.

Software Skills Desired

* Autodesk Construction Cloud

* Aconex, SharePoint / Microsoft Teams

* Procore & ProjectWise

* Autodesk BIM 360

* Word , excel , adobe & outlook

Due to visa requirements & speed the client would like to engage local Belgium candidates able to commute alternatively if you understand Belgium and HAVE done your research they are open to relocating a candidate from within Europe.
