Job Opportunity – Quantity Surveyor / Project Quantity Surveyor – £75M Hotel Project, Central London (Permanent Role)

We’re working with a leading main contractor on a landmark £75M high-end hotel redevelopment in Central London. The project is currently in the final stages of tender, with a start expected before Christmas and a 92-week programme.

The Role:
This is a permanent opportunity to join an established commercial team made up of a Senior QS, Project QS, and Assistant QS, reporting directly to the Commercial Lead. You’ll be responsible for full pre- and post-contract commercial management on a complex, high-spec scheme delivered under a JCT 2016 Standard Building Contract (Without Quantities).
