A well-established construction consultancy based in South London is seeking a confident and experienced Project Manager to take the lead on a growing portfolio of public and private sector projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a career-focused Project Manager to work with a leading team delivering high-value schemes across London and the South East.

The successful Project Manager will play a key role in the delivery of residential, education, commercial and regeneration projects, typically ranging from £5m to £50m in value. This role is well suited to a proactive Project Manager with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering projects to the highest standard.

The Project Manager's role

The Project Manager will manage the full project lifecycle – from early-stage feasibility and procurement to construction oversight and handover. Responsibilities include contract administration, managing budgets and timelines, leading design and site meetings, and reporting progress to senior stakeholders.

This consultancy is looking for a confident and commercially aware Project Manager with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor junior staff and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

The Project Manager

Degree qualified in Construction Management, Project Management or related

3+ years' experience in consultancy or client-side project delivery

Chartered (MRICS / MAPM / MCIOB) or actively pursuing

Skilled in JCT and/or NEC contract administration

Client-facing with strong leadership skills

£55,000 – £70,000 per annum
