Tiler – Social Housing Contractor

Location – Cambridge & surrounding areas
Contract – Temporary ongoing contract
Start  – Immediately
Pay – £180 a day CIS using own van
Our client, a well-established contractor specialising in social housing, is looking for an experienced Tiler to join their growing team.

About the Role

You’ll be carrying out high-quality wall and floor tiling works within occupied and void social housing properties. Projects include kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, planned maintenance, and responsive repairs.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and tile surfaces to a professional finish
Work efficiently in occupied properties with respect for residents
Liaise with site supervisors and tenants to ensure smooth delivery
Maintain health & safety standards at all times
Requirements

Proven experience as a Tiler (domestic/social housing experience preferred)
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Tiling (advantageous)
Full UK driving licence (company van may be provided)
CSCS card desirable
