Roofers / Waterproofers

We are seeking experienced and dependable Roofers / Waterproofers to work on projects in the Midlands. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of roofing and waterproofing systems for residential, commercial, or industrial buildings. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, a solid understanding of roofing and waterproofing materials and techniques, and the ability to work safely at heights and in varying weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and replace various types of roofing systems including flat roofs (EPDM, TPO, PVC), shingles, metal, and built-up roofs.

Apply waterproofing materials such as membranes, coatings, sealants, and insulation systems to roofs, foundations, and walls.

Inspect roofs for damage, leaks, or deterioration and provide accurate assessments.

Safely operate tools and equipment including ladders, scaffolding, roofing cutters, and hot asphalt kettles.

Follow blueprints, specifications, and safety procedures to ensure quality installations.

Remove old roofing systems and prepare surfaces for new installation.

Maintain a clean and organized job site.

Comply with industry regulations and company safety standards at all times.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a roofer or waterproofer

Familiarity with roofing tools, materials, and safety procedures

Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions

Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs), bend, climb, and stand for long periods

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Working Conditions:

Outdoor work environment

Exposure to heat, cold, rain, and other weather conditions

Work at heights using ladders, scaffolding, or lifts
