Project Manager
We’re currently recruiting for a Project Manager / Project Lead to oversee a prestigious 4-storey office fit-out in Bristol. This is a high-end, design-led project, requiring someone with a keen eye for detail, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to drive delivery through to an exceptional standard.
The company is a respected main contractor and fit-out specialist, delivering quality interior and refurbishment projects across the South West and beyond. Their portfolio includes premium commercial, workplace, and bespoke fit-out schemes, often working alongside leading architects and blue-chip clients to create inspiring spaces.
The Role
As Project Manager / Project Lead, you’ll take ownership of the full project lifecycle – from early design coordination through to handover. You’ll manage a multidisciplinary team, ensuring seamless collaboration between design, commercial, and construction functions to meet programme, budget, and quality objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Lead all on-site activities, ensuring programme and quality expectations are met.

Coordinate and manage subcontractors, site teams, and key stakeholders.
*
Oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance.
*
Work closely with the design and commercial teams to resolve technical challenges.
*
Maintain excellent communication with the client and project consultants.
*
Ensure that all works reflect the high standards expected of a high-end commercial fit-out.
Requirements
*
Proven experience managing high-end office or commercial fit-out projects.
*
Background in interiors, refurbishment, or CAT A/B office projects.
*
Strong understanding of design coordination and quality delivery.
*
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
*
Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
