An award-winning national construction consultancy is looking for a confident and ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Milton Keynes.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll join a driven team of 15 cost professionals, working closely with an Associate Director on projects across:

✔️ Residential, Retail, Education, Commercial, and Leisure
✔️ Project values from £2m to £50m+

Typical project values range from £2m to £50m+, offering strong variety and challenge. The consultancy has a proven track record of supporting Quantity Surveyors through Chartership and into senior roles quickly, with personalised APC training and clear career pathways.

The Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or other RICS Accredited degree
18+ months experience with a UK Consultancy
Pre and/or post contract experience
Comfortable working within a sociable, dynamic team
MRICS or currently working towards
Able to commute to Milton Keynes 3x a weekIn Return?

£45,000 – £55,000 + bonus
26 days annual leave + bank holidays
