B3 FLT Driver

Questech Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced B3 Forklift Truck (FLT) Driver to join one of our clients in their busy yard operations team on a 6-month project, starting immediately. You will be responsible for safely handling and moving large, heavy objects within a fast-paced outdoor yard environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled FLT driver to be part of a dynamic team, with the possibility of a permanent position at the end of the project for the right person.

Salary: £18.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday 7am–4pm/ 8am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate B3 forklift trucks to move large and heavy materials around the yard

* Load and unload vehicles in line with health and safety guidelines

* Maintain accurate records of stock movement

* Conduct routine checks and maintenance of the FLT

* Assist with general yard duties as required

* Work safely and efficiently, following all site procedures and regulations

Requirements:

* Valid B3 FLT license

* Proven experience handling large/heavy loads in a similar yard or industrial environment

* Strong awareness of health and safety

* Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

* Good communication skills and a team player attitude

* Reliability and punctuality are essential
