We’re working with a specialist fit-out and refurbishment contractor who is looking for an experienced Site Manager with a strong joinery background to join their team on an ongoing freelance basis.

This role will involve managing a range of commercial projects across various sites in London, so flexibility and mobility are key.

Duration: Ongoing, long-term for the right candidate

Rate: Competitive day rate

🪚 Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site activity, particularly around joinery and finishing

*

Coordinate subcontractors and trades, ensuring high-quality delivery

*

Maintain high standards of health & safety on-site

*

Work closely with the project team and report progress regularly

*

Manage material deliveries and site logistics

👷 Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager with a joinery or carpentry background

*

SMSTS (essential)

*

First Aid at Work (preferred)

*

Strong communication and team coordination skills

*

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across sites in London

*

Attention to detail, particularly on finishing and fit-out work
