The Role
The appointed Senior Building Surveyor will take responsibility for a broad mix of project and professional work, managing projects from inception through to completion while supporting clients across diverse portfolios.
You will be joining a trusted consultancy with a strong market position, a robust pipeline of work, and a reputation for technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality surveying and project management services across a range of sectors.
Provide expert technical advice and value-driven solutions for clients.
Manage refurbishment, redevelopment, and asset management projects.
Lead client relationships and ensure consistent service excellence.
Contribute to business development and team knowledge sharing.
About You
Qualifications & Experience
Degree qualified in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
MRICS (or equivalent professional membership).
Strong technical delivery experience within a consultancy environment.
Good working knowledge of JCT contracts and project delivery processes.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results to deadline.
