An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading residential developer on a flagship 500-unit project in South East London.

You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring quality, safety, and programme targets are met while maintaining excellent communication with subcontractors and the project team.

The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience delivering large-scale residential schemes

Strong leadership and organisational skills

A track record of maintaining high quality and safety standards

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification
