BIM Coordinator

We’re looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator for a 3-month contract in Manchester. There may be an opporunity to extend the contract or turn into a permant contract after this period for the right individual. The ideal candidate will have strong BIM and Revit skills within architecture, landscape, or urban design and be confident in managing BIM workflows across multi-disciplinary projects.

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage and coordinate BIM data across UK/international projects.
– Maintain BIM standards and workflows (ISO 19650).
– Support teams with Revit, BIM360/ACC, AutoCAD, Rhino, and SketchUp.
– Deliver clash detection and model coordination.
– Contribute to BEPs, MIDPs, and project documentation.

Requirements:

– Proven BIM coordination experience within landscape, masterplanning, or urban design.
– Strong Revit and Navisworks skills Rhino and visualization tools (Lumion/Twinmotion) desirable.
– Solid understanding of BIM protocols and model management.
– Excellent communication and coordination skills.

– Location: Central Manchester (Hybrid, 3 days per week in office)
– Contract: 3 months, inside IR35
– Start: ASAP
