Key Responsibilities for this Senior Architectural Technician role:

Lead the production of detailed architectural drawings, technical designs, and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD.

Oversee and mentor junior team members, ensuring the highest standards of technical accuracy and project delivery.

Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to develop robust and efficient technical solutions across multiple project types.

Conduct and manage site visits, surveys, and inspections to gather critical information, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with design intent and building regulations.

Liaise directly with clients, contractors, and consultants, providing expert technical advice and resolving complex design or construction challenges throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications required for this Senior Architectural Technician role:

Advanced proficiency in Revit and a strong working knowledge of AutoCAD.

In-depth understanding of UK building regulations, codes, and construction standards.

Proven experience in delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use projects from concept through to completion.

Excellent technical drawing and design coordination skills, with strong attention to detail and quality.

Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a proactive approach to project management and team collaboration.
