Factory Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Factory Manager to oversee production operations within a busy windows and doors manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who can drive efficiency, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day factory performance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and motivate the production team to achieve daily and weekly targets

* Oversee quality control to ensure windows, doors, and related products meet required standards

* Plan, schedule, and coordinate manufacturing operations and resources

* Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies and regulations

* Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce waste

* Collaborate with senior management, suppliers, and logistics teams to meet customer demand

Requirements:

* Proven experience in factory or production management (windows and doors)

* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices

* Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and production targets
