About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a growing company in the windows and doors sector for a friendly, organised, and professional Receptionist. This role is key to ensuring smooth office operations, welcoming clients and visitors, and supporting internal teams with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and suppliers
* Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and enquiries professionally
* Manage appointment scheduling
* Assist with general office administration and filing
* Support internal teams with ad hoc administrative tasks
* Maintain a tidy and professional reception and office area
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Professional and friendly demeanour
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
