An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced lead of Resourcing & Talent to deliver innovative recruitment and emerging talent strategies within a fast-paced environment.

This senior role will drive the development and execution of comprehensive resourcing solutions to ensure the business attracts, recruits, and retains exceptional talent across both labour and office-based functions. Working closely with HR colleagues and senior leadership, the successful candidate will ensure a seamless, end-to-end recruitment experience that supports organisational objectives and growth.

Key Responsibilities
Resourcing & Recruitment

Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and design effective resourcing strategies for current and future requirements.
Lead on the delivery of recruitment campaigns, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant hiring solutions.
Act as the subject matter expert on recruitment policy, market insights, and best practice.
Manage and enhance recruitment processes, systems, and supplier relationships, including the ATS and Managed Service Provider (MSP).
Directly source candidates and develop internal talent pipelines to reduce reliance on external agencies.
Monitor recruitment performance, budgets, and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Support managers in developing job descriptions, person specifications, and interview processes.Emerging Talent

Design and manage emerging talent programmes, including Graduate, Apprentice, and Industrial Placement schemes.
Partner with educational institutions to ensure programmes meet business needs and support academic achievement.
Provide ongoing mentoring and support to emerging talent participants, ensuring progression and performance excellence.About You
Essential Skills & Experience

Proven experience leading recruitment and resourcing strategies within a large or complex organisation.
Strong background in talent acquisition within the construction industry.
Hands-on experience managing recruitment campaigns end-to-end, with expertise in ATS systems.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, drive change, and deliver results.
Knowledge of recruitment legislation, equality and diversity best practice, and HR compliance.Desirable

CIPD qualification or equivalent HR-related degree.
Experience developing and implementing Emerging Talent or Early Careers programmes.What’s on Offer
