About The Role
The Project Manager will join a growing team, and will have a hands-on role managing multiple fit out projects from pre-construction through to handover.
The right individual will have the autonomy to manage their own workload while being fully supported by our leadership and commercial teams.
You’ll typically oversee 3–4 live projects, depending on value, client, and complexity.

Key Responsibilities

Manage projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality
*
Oversee all on-site activities, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring H&S compliance
*
Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and internal teams to maintain strong relationships and clear communication
*
Involve yourself in early-stage project planning including estimating, tendering, and procurement
*
Take an active role in the commercial management of projects — preparing valuations, payment certificates, and internal cost reports
*
Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate
*
Represent the business professionally, promoting company values and reputation on every project
About You
*
Ideally 5+ years of experience in fit out or refurbishment project management (CAT A/B experience preferred)
*
Strong understanding of JCT Design & Build contracts
*
Commercially aware — comfortable with QS responsibilities and financial reporting
*
Excellent organisational and communication skills
*
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with clients and subcontractors
*
Steady career history — looking for a long-term role within a respected contractor
Working Style
This is a site and office-based role.
The company believe in flexibility and trust their team to manage their own time, but given the client-facing nature of the work, regular on-site and in-person presence is essential.
