Project Manager
Project Manager (QS / Estimator to PM Progression)
About The Company
A specialist CAT A & B fit out contractor, delivering high-quality commercial and office projects across the North West.
They work primarily under JCT Design & Build contracts, and much of their business comes from repeat clients who value our reliable, practical approach.
They're a growing, hands-on team that believes in developing our people and investing in their long-term progression.
About The Role
This Project Manager role is ideal for a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator who’s ready to step into a broader Project Management position — taking ownership of projects from estimating through to handover.
You’ll be involved in every stage of delivery, with full support from the leadership teams.
It’s a great opportunity to develop your management and client-facing skills while building on your commercial background.
Typically, you’ll manage 3–4 live fit out projects at any one time, depending on scope and value.
During your first few months, you’ll support existing projects and upskill in areas such as client management, site coordination, and delivery planning — before progressing to manage projects end-to-end.
