Estimator – Sittingbourne, Kent – Full Time

Our client is a Refurbishment Contractor that are looking for an experienced and established Estimator to join their team in Sittingbourne

Important details for an Estimator applying for this role:

MUST HAVE experinece with historical buildings and listed buildings

Estimating projects up to 3 million – work in Kent

Duties:

mportant details for a Senior Estimator applying for this role:

As part of a small team and working closely with the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for estimating new bids.

*

To liaise with prospective client's both pre and post tender to promote the Company.

*

To provide accurate, comprehensive and competitive cost proposals – working to deadlines.

*

Review of ITT and scope documents to ascertain compliance and to identify risks and opportunities

*

The preparation and submission of PQQ documents

*

Business developments

*

Assist the Commercial Director in pricing variations (post contract) under NEC3/4 contracts.

*

Attend meetings as required.

*

You will be responsible for managing several tenders at once.
