Their thriving Leeds office is looking to add a talented and driven Chartered Building Surveyor to their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile projects with a consultancy that genuinely invests in its people.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in delivering both professional services and project-based work to a diverse client base. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting condition surveys, dilapidations, party wall matters, and technical due diligence
*
Contract administration and project management on refurbishment and fit-out schemes
*
Preparing and presenting reports, specifications, and tender documentation
*
Providing expert advice to clients across a range of sectors
*
Supporting junior team members and contributing to business development activities
What We’re Looking For
*
MRICS qualified (or equivalent chartered status)
*
Demonstrable experience in a consultancy or client-side role
*
Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
*
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
*
Ambitious, proactive, and keen to develop professionally
