Senior Quantity Surveyor – London (Major M&E Projects)

I'm currently working with a leading M&E contractor who are looking to bring on an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support multiple large-scale projects across London.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking business with a strong pipeline of work, delivering high-value mechanical and electrical packages (circa £10m+) on commercial and data centre projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Take full ownership of defined scopes of work, ensuring cost, quality, and commercial objectives are achieved.
Measure from plan drawings and isometrics to produce detailed bills of quantities, including labour hours and material costs.
Track costs, labour, and project progress against budget and earned value schedules.
Prepare and manage cost plans, valuations, payment certificates, and final accounts.
Manage subcontractor packages from procurement through to final account agreement.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms and payment conditions under the Construction Act.
Produce accurate monthly commercial reports, CCS submissions, and cash flow forecasts.
Contribute to continuous improvement and professional development within the commercial team.What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior QS within the building services / M&E sector.
Strong commercial and contractual understanding.
Ability to manage multiple packages across complex projects.
Proficient in cost control, measurement, and reporting.
Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental systems.
