The ideal candidate will possess sharp analytical skills and proficiency with Causeway software. Your ability to interpret drawings, quantify materials, and communicate effectively will be key to winning projects and maintaining client satisfaction.

Required Skills:

* Strong Estimating or Quantity Surveying background

* Experience preparing cost estimates for construction projects

* Proficiency in Causeway or similar estimating software

* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

* Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

Nice to Have Skills:

* Knowledge of local building codes and regulations

* Previous experience in education, commercial, or healthcare projects

Preferred Education and Experience:

* Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field

* Minimum 3 years of estimating experience in the construction industry
