Senior Engineer

Technically minded, looking to progress and get off the tools?

We’re working with a tier one contractor to recruit a Senior Engineer who will support a team of engineers across multiple projects. The business has a great reputation on the South Coast working on major flood defences, new bypasses, water treatment works, coastal protection and public regeneration projects.

In the role you will have the opportunity to step away from the day-to-day setting out duties and work with the engineering team to get ahead of potential problems, come up with value engineering ideas, support development of junior engineers and focus on the technical deliverables of a job.

The business has several challenging projects on the ground and programmed for 2026 and experience of working on the construction of new roads, bridges, reinforced concrete structures and large earthworks packages is desirable.
