Project Manager – Rail Depot

Location: Cockfosters

This market leading contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a new maintenance facility building within a live rail depot environment.

This role would suit someone with a solid background in building and civils, particularly within rail depot construction projects. Experience working in a Design & Build environment with multi-disciplinary coordination is essential. You may have previously worked as a lead or sub-lead on similar depot or infrastructure builds.

Key Requirements:

Strong understanding of rail depot construction, including civils and building works

Experience managing multi-disciplinary D&B teams

Ideally, some exposure to TfL projects

Able to manage delivery to programme, quality, and safety standards
