Tier 1 Contractor – Permanent Role

Our client is currently recruiting for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join the Yorkshire Commercial team to work as part of the delivery team on highways framework projects across West Yorkshire. They are an established name in the industry are looking to engage with Quantity Surveyors who have the desire to progress their career, with work for the next 3-5 years secured.

Role/requirements as follows:

• Sub-contractors tendering
• Sub -contractors payment
• Cost plans
• Valuations
• Variations
• Cost reporting
• Final accounts
