We are working with a Tier 1 Main Contractor to find a Project Manager to lead a large Mixed Use project in Central London near Tottenham Court Road station.

The project is quite a complex one with a project value of around £195million and some complex considerations around the delivery. The site is at Pre Con stage, with works set to commence just before Christmas on site.

The overall scope of the project is to deliver 3 basement floors, a retail space on the ground floor and 8 floors of commercial above. The project is scheduled to last well into late 2027 and we are able to look at both contract or permanent for this opportunity.

One thing that stands out about from having worked with this company for years is their ability to retain staff. Their packages help with this, but you will definitely realise its down to the overall culture of the business and how the team come before anything.
