TRIbuild Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Demolition Site Manager to oversee a commercial demolition package in Canary Wharf. This is a contract role with potential continuity on upcoming projects.

Requirements:

Valid Black CCDO Demolition Manager Card (essential)
SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and Fire Marshal certification
Proven experience managing structural demolition and enabling works on live or high-profile sites
Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation, RAMS, and temporary works coordination
Ability to lead site teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with environmental and waste management standards
Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, engineers, and site operativesContract Details:
