Required background: Housebuilding and Affordable Housing

Our client specialise in delivering a blend of both open market and affordable homes and have a high reputation for both quality and sustainability. With a particular presence across South Wales and the South West, we are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to join what is already a high performing department.

Key responsibilities:

* Oversee all design and technical deliverables from inception to handover

* Manage consultants, drawings, and specifications in line with programme and budget

* Ensure compliance with HA/Registered Provider specifications and design guides

* Support land, planning, and commercial teams with technical input

* Drive innovation, sustainability, and buildability in all designs
