The Role:
As Assistant Site Manager, you’ll support the Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is delivered on programme, to budget, and with a focus on quality and safety. You’ll liaise closely with trades, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain smooth project delivery and uphold company standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing daily site operations and subcontractor coordination
*
Maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality compliance
*
Support delivery of build programmes and ensure targets are met
*
Contribute to site meetings, progress reports, and client handovers
*
Help foster a positive site culture built on teamwork and professionalism
Requirements:

Proven track record with a recognised residential developer or main contractor
*
Valid SMSTS and CSCS qualifications (First Aid desirable)
*
Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills
*
A hands-on approach and genuine passion for quality housebuilding
