Electrical Project Manager
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to take full responsibility for the electrical package on a large-scale office fot out to residential development. The successful candidate will work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the complete electrical installation on-site, from inception to completion.

Coordinate effectively with other trades and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progression.
*
Manage on-site labour, monitoring productivity and performance.
*
Serve as the main point of contact for the client, main contractor, and consultants on all electrical matters.
*
Enforce Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) standards throughout all project phases.
*
Regularly report on progress, challenges, and milestones to senior management.
Requirements:
*
Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Electrical Project Manager, ideally showing long-term commitment to previous employers.
*
SMSTS certification (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) – Essential.
*
Demonstrated success in delivering residential projects.
*
Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and installations.
*
Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*
Adept at problem-solving and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable:

Relevant electrical qualifications or degree.
*
Experience multi-unit residential / Fit Out developments.
*
First Aid and other relevant site safety qualifications
