The Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will work across a diverse project portfolio, with values ranging from £1m to £120m. Operating from five strategic UK offices, the consultancy delivers schemes in sectors including:

The Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

A RICS Accredited degree qualification, ideally Quantity Surveying (BSc or MSc)
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy (ideally 2+ years)
MRICS or currently working towards
Pre and post contract experience
Strong communication & client facing skillsIn Return?

£45,000 – £55,000
