The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will lead a wide portfolio of projects across multiple sectors, including:

Commercial offices
Education & healthcare
High-end residential & student living
Industrial sheds
Retail, hotels & leisureYou'll be responsible for full project delivery, from pre-contract through to final account, while managing client relationships, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to business development.

This role offers a clear and supported pathway to Director level – ideal for an Associate Quantity Surveyor looking to take on more strategic responsibility within a forward-thinking and collaborative consultancy.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

A degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
Significant Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy environment
Excellent Pre & post contract experience
MRICS is a must
Ambitious, proactive & client facing
