Development Engineer

Due to growth, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Development Engineer to join our client's Technical team in Warrington. 

Responsibilities: 

Oversee and manage external consultants to ensure the prompt provision of accurate design information in line with project stage requirements

Attend and actively contribute to land, design, engineering, pre-start, and site progress meetings as required for each development

Review design solutions for roads and sewers, foundations, drainage, and proposed levels for technical approval submissions and procurement packages

Liaise with both Consultants and the Build Team to ensure that designs are fit for purpose and do not present programming issues

Be responsible for the collation and uploading of Building Regulations packages to NHBC / LABC

Requirements:

Previous Development Engineering experience within the housing sector

Relevant engineering qualifications

Proficiency with IT including AutoCad LT

Full UK driving licence
