Contracts Manager – Civils

We are seeking a talented Civils Contracts Manager with experience across Commercial Civils projects to join our clients Specialist Construction team.

Our ideal Civils Contracts Manager will have a strong background in Civil Engineering at Management level, leading the day to day running of all their civils projects as well as tendering for new work.

A strong technical understanding of Civil Works (Earthworks, Roads, Foundations, Drainage, Utilities, RC Structures) with the ability to review drawings, plan works, and improve site productivity.
Excellent people skills – able to build strong client relationships, support and develop site managers, and represent KKB's best interests with professionalism.
