They are on the lookout for an experienced and job running Senior Architectural Technologist to hit the ground running for their team in Nottingham.

Lead and deliver on a range of residential and commercial projects
Prepare and submit building regulation and planning application
Manage and deliver on projects from inception through to completion
Carry out site visits and ensure technical compliance is achieved
Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings
Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packagesSkills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist include:

Degree within architectural technology
Significant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
Job running experience is essential
Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
Experience working on projects within the residential and commercial sector
Strong attention to detail
Strong technical and design skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
