Exciting new opportunity to work with a small and growing company that works on projects across London, Bristol and Plymouth.
Your new company
It will be a small personable company with big ambitions. Currently managing over £500m of projects nationwide in a variety of sectors, including mixed-use, assisted living, health, residential and commercial.
Your new role
- Active involvement in the procurement, design and delivery of new build and refurbishment projects, including mixed-use, industrial, residential and commercial schemes
- Advising clients on the programme, cost and procurement implications of projects for both public and private sector clients
- Used to client-facing meetings in which professional advice is provided
- Experience of procuring and managing multidisciplinary consultant teams
- Good understanding of the project delivery process from inception to completion
What you’ll need to succeed
- MRICS qualification
- BSc or MSc in Building Surveyor
- Experience working in a consultancy
- Estates experience (not necessary but preferable)
