Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client, a leading developer, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a landmark new-build residential development, delivering 651 units as part of a wider masterplan.
 
This is a high-profile scheme and forms part of the first wave of developments approved under the new Building Safety Regulator (BSR) regime. The project is a major phase within a long-term multi-phase programme and offers excellent long-term opportunity for growth and progression.
 
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be responsible for managing the full commercial lifecycle of the project – from procurement and contract management through to final account – with a particular focus on compliance, reporting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on large-scale residential developments
Strong knowledge of JCT D&B contracts and procurement strategy
Experience working on high-rise or complex multi-unit schemes
Understanding of BSR requirements and building safety compliance (desirable)
