Quantity Surveyor (Façade Experience)

Here at Keyman we are recruiting for a Quanity Survey with Facade project experience.

3 Years Facade Project Experience.

JCT/NEC Contract Experience

Project experience to the value of £10m.

Full Details

* Take full commercial ownership of two concurrent projects (£10m+ each).

* Manage cost planning, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting.

* Prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts.

* Procure and manage subcontractor packages, including negotiation and contract administration.

* Support project teams with commercial and contractual guidance (JCT / NEC).

* Maintain accurate financial reporting for internal and client meetings.

* Ensure compliance with company and client procedures at all stages.

* Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Requirements

* Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the façades / cladding / re-cladding sector (essential).

* Proven experience working for a specialist building envelope or façade contractor.

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Experience on projects £10m+ in value.

* Strong contractual knowledge (JCT and/or NEC).

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Relevant degree or HNC/D in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.

You must be able to provide right to work in the UK and working references.
