Lead the Delivery of Essential Water Infrastructure Upgrades

The Role/About You
We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Sub Agent or Senior Engineer to support the delivery of a major infrastructure water project in Hampshire. This is a site-based leadership role, ideal for someone with a strong background in civil engineering and water sector delivery.

You’ll be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification. Your ability to lead teams, maintain documentation, and liaise with stakeholders will be key to the success of this project.

This role suits someone with a solid understanding of infrastructure works, including pipelines, pumping stations, and associated civils, who thrives in a fast-paced delivery environment.
