Quantity Surveyor (Contract – Outside IR35)
Location: Bromley / Maidstone / Hemel Hempstead / Corby / Daventry
Day Rate: £350 – £400 per day (Outside IR35)

Join a main contractor delivering multiple industrial and logistics projects across the South East and Midlands. With projects ranging from £6m–£20m, this is a fantastic opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio while enjoying the flexibility of contract work.

You’ll oversee cost control, procurement, and subcontractor management on fast-track projects, reporting directly to the Commercial Manager.

What You’ll Need:

* 5+ years’ experience as a QS on new-build industrial or logistics schemes.

* Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Ability to work independently across multiple sites.
