Location: Warwickshire

Salary: £40-45,000 DOE

I'm working with a highly regarded architectural practice based in Warwickshire to find a Senior Architect. The team is renowned for delivering award-winning projects across the heritage, education, hospitality, leisure, and community sectors. Known for blending sensitive conservation with forward-thinking design, this well-established studio has built a stellar reputation for quality, context, and creativity. Now, they're looking for an experienced Senior Architect to join their growing team and play a key role in shaping their future projects.

As a Senior Architect, you'll be responsible for leading the design and delivery of projects from concept to completion, ensuring a seamless balance between creative vision and technical excellence. You'll collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and the internal team to create architecture that honors heritage while embracing contemporary innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead design development through all RIBA stages, ensuring the creative vision is maintained during technical delivery.
Manage project teams and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to meet design, programme, and budget objectives.
Prepare and review design drawings, presentations, and technical documentation.
Oversee planning and listed building consent processes as required.
Contribute to the practice's design quality, sustainability standards, and innovative approach.
Mentor and inspire junior architects and technologists, promoting a collaborative studio culture.About You:

Proven experience as a Senior Architect or Project Architect within a UK-based architectural practice.
A strong portfolio showcasing design excellence and successful project delivery across relevant sectors.
Proficiency in Revit (AutoCAD and SketchUp experience a bonus).
Experience working on heritage or conservation-led projects (highly desirable).
Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
ARB registered (essential); RIBA Chartered status (preferred).What's on Offer:
