Quantity Surveyor

The Partners of a national quantity surveying consultancy are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their Surrey office after securing several new projects.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

Working alongside the Partners and Associates, the new Quantity Surveyor will be working across an array of projects from large scale (£100m+) industrial units, fast-paced healthcare refurbishments, student accommodation, and hotels.

Day to day, the successful Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for running projects from inception to completion, as well as supporting an Associate on more complex schemes.

The Quantity Surveyor

Completed a Quantity Surveying degree
5+ years Quantity Surveying experience
Pre and post contract experience
Comfortable running a project from inception to completion
Surrey based – driving licence and car

£55,000 – £65,000
