Project Quantity Surveyor

Constructive Moves are working with one of London's leading residential developer/contractor's who are actively looking to sourcing a new Project Quantity Surveyor for one of their existing developments in South West London.

The construction is a refurbishment and brickwork facade and internal fit out of the apartments.Ideally you should be from a main contracting or residential developer background.

You will be running through procurement, with the facade packages being placed the focus will begin on internal trades in the coming months. You role will involve the procurement of fit out packages, running from scoping of initial design packages and raising enquiries to placing of orders. Once procured, role will involve package management, processing payments, managing interim sub-contractor accounts, reporting risk up the line and taking the packages through to final account.

This division has as excellent reputation for promoting from within and has numerous large scale developments in its portfolio and healthy pipeline of new developments.
