Job Title: Site Manager – Social Housing Frameworks
Location: Croydon
A leading construction and development company is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their social housing division. This role focuses on delivering high-quality projects within established frameworks, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to budget.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all on-site activities across a variety of social housing works, including kitchens and bathrooms, external wall insulation (EWI), and SHDF projects.

Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to deliver projects efficiently.
*
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships.
*
Monitor project progress, produce reports, and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
*
Implement effective site management practices to meet programme deadlines and cost targets.
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably within social housing refurbishment and framework projects.
*
Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and best practices, particularly in kitchens, bathrooms, EWI, and SHDF works.
*
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
*
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure project milestones are achieved.
*
CSCS card and relevant construction qualifications.
