Freelance Building Surveyor (Outside IR35)

Building Surveyors – Fabric Condition Surveys (London) Location: London (various sites)
Duration: Approx. 4 weeks (potential extension)
IR35: Outside IR35
Rate: Daily rate – to be confirmed (paid weekly)

TSA Surveying are currently supporting a major condition survey programme across healthcare and education sites throughout London, and we’re looking to mobilise up to 30 experienced Building Surveyors for this project.

This is a short-term, fast-paced assignment – ideal for surveyors who have previously delivered fabric condition surveys and are confident using asset capture software.

Key Responsibilities:
Carry out fabric condition surveys across a range of occupied and operational buildings.
Record data accurately using digital asset capture tools.
Identify and document defects, condition ratings, and lifecycle recommendations.
Work independently or as part of a wider team to meet project deadlines.Requirements:
Proven experience conducting fabric condition surveys.
Familiarity with asset capture or CAFM software.
Strong attention to detail and accurate reporting skills.
Ability to travel between sites across London.
Immediate or short notice availability preferred.The Offer:
