Site Engineer

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join a major Tunnelling & RC Shafts scheme based in Leeds. The successful candidate will play a key role in setting out, quality assurance, and technical delivery on a challenging and high-profile infrastructure project.

Key Responsibilities:

Setting out for tunnelling, deep excavation, and reinforced concrete works.

*

Overseeing site activities to ensure compliance with design and health & safety standards.

*

Liaising with the project team, subcontractors, and client representatives.

*

Managing QA documentation, ITPs, and as-built records.

*

Supporting the Site Manager and Project Engineer with technical queries and daily coordination.

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Site Engineer on tunnelling, shaft, or major civils projects.

*

Strong background in RC structures and deep excavation.

*

Proficient in the use of surveying instruments (Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD).

*

Civil Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.

*

Valid CSCS card.

*

Excellent communication and organisational skills.
