A young and diverse Quantity Surveying consultancy in London is seeking a professional Quantity Surveyor, pushing towards becoming a Senior, and has an interest/experience in top-end residential projects.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor shall be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion with some support from an Associate, whilst also being a primary client contact, and guide an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.

Project wise, the successful Quantity Surveyor will be involved on an impressive countryside property extension including a pool-house and a large landscaping project, a £25m private property, and other small schemes to get stuck into.

The Quantity Surveyor

5+ years Quantity Surveying experience
MRICS or working towards
Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
Pre and post contract experience
Residential project experience, or a keen interest in this sector

£50,000 – £65,000
